It's been four years since the start of talks of a Bavarian beer garden in Barracks Row — and finally, there's a permit. "The Brig" is finally coming to 1007 8th St. SE, after years of anticipation, replacing a parking lot. The space will incorporate a bar, food and will have space for food trucks.
