Alphonse has added a new tasting menu called Nonna's Kitchen, where customers will get the chance to try chef Justus Frank's spin on regional Italian cuisine.

The menu kicks off today. For $90, the multi-course menu will feature a different region of Italy (first up is Tuscany). The menu is available Tuesday-Saturday with reservations.

Frank is a Fiola veteran who hopes to interact with diners, encouraging them to ask questions as he works, throughout the tasting menu. There will be the option of pairings or regional wines and Italian cocktails.
