Stefanelli OUT, Jake Addeo IN at Bibiana

Bibiana is losing its longtime chef, Nick Stefanelli, who will open his own restaurant near Union Market.

Stefanelli is leaving Ashok Bajaj's Italian destination to open his own place at 1344 Fourth St. NE, according to Tom Sietsema's chat. It will be called Masseria, serve Italian food and open next year.

Replacing him is Jake Addeo, who has recently been working in Hong Kong, but has such New York restaurants as Esca on his resume.
