Ocopa, the Peruvian restaurant in the Atlas District, has begun offering a weekly happy hour. Called #pisco90, the Tues-Thurs program offers $5 wines, $6 pisco sours — traditional or bumped up with a flavored syrup for a buck more — and cheap eats like anticuchos and croquettes for but one Lincoln.
