Could Nobu Be Headed to D.C.?

Evidence is sketchy but Washington Business Journal is hearing talk.

Could D.C. get a Nobu restaurant? Maybe. Washington Business Journal is hearing talk that the famed sushi chef could be bringing a restaurant to a space in D.C.'s West End neighborhood.

Their source is anonymous, though, and Nobu officials say there are no locations planned. Eater has reached out to Nobu's spokesperson as well.

There are more than 30 Nobu-affiliated restaurants, overseen by chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, across the globe, in such places as Hong Kong and New York.
