The Opening:
Fairfax is getting a new location of On the Border, the casual Tex-Mex chain. Located in the Fair Oaks Mall, it's opening today, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:45am.
The Closing:
The North Bethesda P.F. Chang's location (located inside the troubled White Flint Mall) will be closing on January 4, reports Robert Dyer.
