BUL, an "Asian street food restaurant" from the Jonathan Cho, proprietor of Sakuramen, is opening in Adams Morgan on Dec. 30, reports Going Out Guide. MyungEun Cho, chef at Sakuramen, will also head the kitchen at BUL, where the menu will include Japanese yakitori — skewered meats, prawns, vegetables — as inexpensive bites, as well as fried rice and Korean omelettes. Also: homemade kimchi is plentiful. To Going Out Guide, Cho expressed the desire to replicate the vibe of Korean pojangmachas — street food vendors — on Adams Morgan's 18th St., which sounds like a wonderful idea. [Going Out Guide]
