Progress at Kapnos Taverna.

Looks like some progress is being made at Kapnos Taverna. Mike Isabella's second rendition of Kapnos, slated to open sometime this winter in Ballston, has been stepping up construction work, and sharing some visuals on Twitter.

The restaurant has also been holding open calls for hiring for several positions.

Kapnos Taverna will be similar to the original Kapnos on 14th Street, but will emphasize more traditional Greek dishes, as well as seafood. Other Isabella restaurants slated for Ballston include Mexican restaurant Pepita and noodle house Yona from chef Jonah Kim.
