Sure, Repeal Day isn't a real holiday, but that doesn't stop bars from toasting to mark the end of Prohibition. Here are some spots offering events or specials.

· The Heights:

The Heights is offering five different special cocktails with food pairings all weekend. Drinks include the Clover Club, Blood & Sand, Aviation and other classics. All are priced at $10 (food items are $10 and under).

· Jack Rose

Jack Rose has a big Repeal Day bash scheduled for Friday. No admission fee for a party that includes a "Pappy Hour" with special Pappy Van Winkle pricing, a 1930s menu (both a la carte and prix fixe), rare old whiskeys, burlesque dancers, cigars, bottomless champagne for $20 and more. Dram & Grain will also convert into a speakeasy.

· Carnegie Library (Repeal Day Ball)

D.C.'s "official" Repeal Day party comes courtesy of the D.C. Craft Bartender's Guild. The black-tie, big-ticket affair is scheduled for Saturday night. More info here.

· Silo

Sillo will offer $8 Pre-Prohibition cocktails beginning at 5:32 p.m. on Friday.
