The Parker House rolls are leaving the building. The Mandarin Oriental's acclaimed CityZen restaurant's last day is this Saturday.

The hotel is closing the restaurant to make room for a new concept, though they haven't said much about what will replace the fine dining restaurant. Longtime chef Eric Ziebold will open his own place at 1015 7th St. NW.

The Mandarin's more casual restaurant, Muze, as well as its Empress Lounge, remain open.
