James Horn is leaving Mike Isabella's organization. Horn, who currently works as the wine and service director for Isabella's restaurant concepts, is moving to New York.

Horn sent along this statement: "My wife and I are moving to New York at the end of this month to pursue a very special restaurant opportunity, and to be closer to both of our families. While I'm sad to be leaving DC, I'm very proud of what this city has become over the last 4 years. I'm very thankful to have been part of the Mike Isabella Concepts team since the beginning, and know they will continue to grow and be successful." He was unable to disclose his New York project.

Horn also helped open several notable D.C. restaurants beyond the Isabella empire, including Daikaya.
