Though Max Brenner has only been open since late July, the chocolate chain has undergone several tweaks since opening, including minor cosmetic alterations and menu changes. The latest addition: a new in-house a pastry program.
Chef Katzie Guy Hamilton has designed the menu to complement the restaurant's hot chocolate and coffee beverages. The dishes will rotate regularly, but are designed to appeal to breakfast customers, or those looking for a treat for a business meeting. Some of the new items include a chocolate babka, a chocolate chunk scone, a banana whiskey torte and an assortment cookies and brownies.
