Carla Hall is working on a restaurant within Reagan National Airport. According to a press release, the Top Chef alumn and host of "The Chew" has formed a partnership with concessions company OTG. Hall will work with the company to develop Page, a sit-down restaurant within the airport's Terminal A.
The restaurant is slated to open in early spring 2015. It will feature southern comfort foods, including dishes like deviled eggs, crab cakes and potpies. They'll work to use fresh produce from local markets at the restaurant, and have a raw bar as well. The design of the space is supposed to be indicative of the Capitol's rotunda. Update: The restaurant's design comes from Manhattan-based ICRAVE.
The restaurant is one of many changes coming for Reagan National, including the addition of a Ben's Chili Bowl.
