Word is officially out about Aggio, Bryan Voltaggio's latest project. It's a two-part endeavor: the first Aggio opened within Range on Valentine's Day, and another is bound for Baltimore later this year.
To pull off the restaurant within a restaurant, Voltaggio and his team added new finishes, furniture, signage and other touches to transform Range's back room into an 80-seat Italian destination. The menu for Aggio is now online. Voltaggio explained the thought process behind Aggio, and walked through the restaurant's opening weekend, with Eater last week.
