PENN QUARTER— Industry Night returns to Graffiato next Monday, and there's sort of a tattoo theme to the proceedings. Chefs involved with the book, Eat Ink, from Will Morris of Vermillion to Ed Witt of The Partisan, will make food and give away some copies of the book. [EaterWire]

CLEVELAND PARK— They're keeping the specifics quiet for now. But Young & Hungry reports that Pulpo will be replaced by an international barbecue restaurant eventually (following the Hula Girl pop-up). [WCP]
