Like any industry, really, restaurants are not immune to overused jargon and overemphasized trends and catchphrases. Some recent offenders: "Artisan." "Hand-crafted." "Bread program." "Reclaimed wood." There are also the classics that always seem to annoy people (think "foodie"). This week's Open Thread is meant to let readers vent.
