GREEN BEER WIRE— Though there are tons of ways to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day tonight, it looks like many places kept the green beer quota to a minimum. Not to worry, though — fans of the stuff can look to such places as Rosslyn's Rhodeside Grill, the Brixton and Duffy's to get their fix. [EaterWire]
CHEVY CHASE— Range launches a new happy hour at the bar tonight. From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., guests can take advantage of $1 oysters, 1/2 price pizzas, $5 Flying Dog lager and $7 Revoked Celebrity cocktails. From 9 p.m. to close, the pizza and oyster discounts return, plus half-priced shellfish towers. [EaterWire]
NAVY YARD— That was quick — chef Antonio Burrell has left Agua 301, the new Mexican place near the ballpark. Taking over for him is Will Vivas, the former chef at Recess Tapas Lounge, who also ran the restaurant Vivas in Jersey. Some menu items will remain, while Vivas will add more of a South American influence to the menu. [EaterWire]
EXPANSION WIRE— New York's Ben's Kosher Delicatessen has plans for D.C. (not to mention Boston). No specifics yet, but the kosher-certified deli is in expansion mode. [Grub Street, via Eater Boston)
