EVENT PLANNING— Fight Night has been a longstanding tradition in the world of D.C. fundraising. They're now bringing the same concept to the food world. A Culinary Fight Night featuring chefs from the Gaylord and Spyce will have the chefs compete against each other, cooking a three course meal for guests in a boxing ring. FOGGY BOTTOM— Chef Robert Wiedmaier is getting the chance to serve as chef for the welcoming reception for U.S. Ambassador to the U.K. Matthew Barzun in London.
