Where do industry folks go for calzones? Cathy Nelson of The Carolina Kitchen hits Pete's New Haven. "Pete's' version of a calzone is called Sorbillo's. It's like a pizza turnover. My fave is the vegetarian stuffed with ricotta mozzarella tomato and basil. Always so fresh and you can actually taste each ingredient. It's not as heavy, dense and greasy like many calzones can be."
