NAVY YARD— Osteria Morini is just about ready to launch brunch. Come April, the restaurant will offer dishes like a mortadella frittata, ricotta pancakes with whipped marscapone, and other items. The restaurant will also have a play on Eggs Benedict served on a tigelle bread, the Italian style of roll recently popularized here by Red Apron. PENN QUARTER— Kimpton is shuffling around its restaurant bartenders a bit. Josh Berner is now headed to Poste. Meanwhile, Jon Harris will oversee the drinks on DNV's rooftop, in addition to his existing roles with the company. Harris is planning Asian "street drink" inspired cocktails for the Donovan House and Zentan, including a including a Pimm's Cup with salty lemonade, a bubble tea inspired cocktail and a Gin and Tonic made with sugarcane (several will be on tap).
