Rebellion DC is Coming; Red Hen to Open Mondays

BLOOMINGDALE— The Red Hen will no longer be closed on Mondays. The restaurant has extended its schedule (starting March 10), and will be open from 5:30 to 10 p.m.. Look for some early spring menu items like a ricotta cavatelli dish with peas, when the Monday service launches. [EaterWire]

FALLS CHURCH— Falls Church has a new dessert option in Sweet Belly Cookies. Northern Virginia Magazine writes that the bakery is aiming for a May opening, with a pop-up event scheduled before that. [NoVa Mag]
