1) Adams Morgan: Z-Kabob is coming to 2475 18th St NW, according to the 42 Bus. Signage is up at the location. It is likely related to a chain of restaurants in the suburbs, serving up kabobs, biryani and similar items. [PLYWOOD]

2) Alexandria: Alexandria's Board of Architectural Review is scheduled to hold its monthly meeting Wednesday. On the agenda is the review of design documents for the upcoming BlackWall Hitch restaurant, according to a blast from the Economic Development department. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

3) Shaw: The Rito Loco brick and mortar restaurant is hoping to get its doors open by Cinco de Mayo, according to PoPville. They're headed to 606 Florida Ave. NW [PLYWOOD]
