Maryland Restaurant Awards; The Pig Goes Head to Toe

AWARDS SEASON— The Restaurant Association of Maryland gave out its "Stars of the Industry" awards this week. Restaurants such as Quench were recognized for Wine & Beverage Program of the Year. Here's a full list of winners. [EaterWire]

LOGAN CIRCLEThe Pig is launching a new Head to Toe Supper Series. They mean it literally — once a quarter, they'll focus on a different anatomical part of the pig. First up is the pig head on April 28. Dinners are $70 per person including pairings. [EaterWire]
