Jack Rose has a new chef in Russell Jones, whose resume includes stints at Restaurant Eve and Le Paradou.
Jones will oversee a menu of small plates, Southern bar snacks and other items at the whiskey destination. He starts April 14. The chef is a native of South Carolina and a graduate of L'Academie de Cuisine.
Jones' new menu will appear at the restaurant in late April. The bar has operated for several years without a head chef, according to a rep.
