2) Northeast: It's time for TKO Burger to deliver a knock-out punch to Rhode Island Row. Lance London's burger joint, adjacent to the new Carolina Kitchen, has a boxing theme to its design. 3) Arlington: Four Sisters Grill debuts today. A worker answering the phones says their hours today will be 11-3 p.m. for lunch and 5-9 p.m. for dinner. This is a fast casual restaurant from the owners of the beloved Merrifield Vietnamese place, Four Sisters. Banh mi, rice dishes, noodles and salads are on the menu.
