Don't Steal Baby Wale's Signs and Break its Goat

Drunk and/or kleptomaniac patrons have not been kind to Baby Wale lately. Chef and owner Tom Power says that restaurant patrons have been stealing their restroom signs, to the point where his wife had to make new ones. The new ones are more secured to the doors and have a message directed at prospective thieves on the back: "Stop. Don't Be a Thief. We Need this Sign. If You Really Want This Sign, We Can Make You Another One (But Not Today)." There's even a contact email.

Meanwhile, drunken patrons tried to ride the restaurant's goat statue last Saturday and broke her head off. The goat statue is a former stage prop created by Power's wife Natsu Onoda Power. The goat pictured above encourages patrons to act "in a more civilized manner," Power says.
