Owen Thomson IN at Rose's Luxury (Updated)

Exciting Tweet from Rose's Luxury today: "Deadly serious announcement.... Owen Thomson (@pigsISpigs) has joined our bar team."

Thomson, one of the area's big-name bartenders, recently worked at Range, where he helped develop such iconic drinks as their beef-ice accented Vegan Sacrifice. He is also at work on his own project, Seven Faces Barroom.

Update: Chef Aaron Silverman says there is no major overhaul to the bar program planned — they're just adding a new member to the team. Additionally, Thomson tells Eater he continues his work for Bar Pilar and Cafe Saint-Ex, and will only be at Rose's Luxury part time.
