Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

ADAMS MORGANTaste of Adams Morgan will happen for the second year running next Tuesday from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Fifteen restaurants in the neighborhood will serve up small plates to raise money for Mary's Center. It's $25 for four tastes. Tickets are here. [EaterWire]

LOGAN CIRCLE— In its first weeks, Red Light is launching not one, but two happy hours. It's a good happy hour, too, with beers priced from $1.75 to $6 and half-priced food items and cocktails. There's a traditional happy hour on weekdays from 4-7 p.m. and a late night one after 11 p.m. from Sunday-Wednesday. [EaterWire]

NORTHEAST— Want to learn all about the green fairy? Head to Salt & Sundry Thursday for a "Demystifying Absinthe" class. The class is a collaboration between the store and Cordial Wine & Spirits at Union Market, and costs $45. Tickets here. [EaterWire]
