Don Lencho, from Guajillo Team, Open in Manassas

The restaurateurs who opened Guajillo in Rosslyn and Casa Oaxaca in D.C. are now making the move to the farther-flung suburbs. Don Lencho Cocina Mexicana has opened at the Shopping Center of Manassas.

The restaurant, from Juarez and Karen Barroso, has 90 seats and a "hacienda-style" look, according to a press release. Decor includes wooden wagon wheels, clay pots, old chandeliers and colorful cabinets. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

Some menu items are similar to the existing restaurants, including shrimp ceviche, mole poblano and fajitas. There are also some new dishes, including Plato Campestre (a carne asada platter), Mexican chorizo and more.
