Looking for something to do this weekend? Here are five choice dining and nightlife events and promotions going on around the city:

Where: Outdoor in Georgetown
When: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What: The annual shopping event also draws participating from Georgetown restaurants, including Paul Bakery, Patisserie Poupon, Cafe Bonaparte and more. They'll be preparing French treats to go along with the retail specials and sidewalk sale. More info here.

Where: Capitol City Shirlington
4001 Campbell Ave, Arlington, VA 22206
When: Saturday from 12-7 p.m.
What: This inaugural event is meant to kick off spring with live music, food and beer samples. More than 40 local breweries have signed up to attend and provide samples. Cap City, meanwhile, will debut its first batch of its seasonal Hefeweizen. Admission is $30.

Where:Pearl Dive Oyster Palace

When:Saturday from 12-2 p.m. or 2:30-4:30 p.m.
What: Pearl Dive kicks off crawfish season with plenty of the crustacean, plus peel and eat shrimp, roasted suckling pig, Southern desserts and more. There will be beer from Abita Brewing Company, too. All dishes will be served family style. Tickets for either seating are $65.

When: Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
What: Menu is planning a six-course, Virginia-centric dinner to celebrate spring. Chef de cuisine Keith Cabot is bringing on Trummer's on Main's Austin Fausett and Rose's Luxury's Scott Muns for the occasion. There will be local vinegar, Polyface Farm chicken, oysters, veal and more. The meal is $90 per person with optional $40 wine pairings. Reservations required.

When:Starting this weekend
What: Boundary Road has changed up its spring menu, which means ingredients from local farmers are finally becoming available. That means new dishes like sausage and peppers with spring onions and mustard cream, grilled Chesapeake bluefish with artichokes and chickpeas, and a spring farro risotto with ramps, mint, goat cheese and rainbow carrots. There is strawberry rhubarb pie, too. The full menu is online.
