Sweetgreen has collaborated with cookbook author Mark Bittman on an April salad. Named for Bittman's upcoming VB6 (Vegan Before Six) cookbook, the salad includes quinoa, farro, arugula, kale, tofu, asparagus, peppers, carrots, basil and almonds, with a carrot chili dressing. It will be available through April, and the recipe will appear in Bittman's cookbook. [EaterWire]
