PENN QUARTER— It's Cru Night tonight. That means a bunch of restaurants across the country are pouring $25 glasses of Altesino Brunello di Montalcino Montosoli. Among them: Flight Wine Bar. Also tonight, the wine bar will launch its Coravin list, featuring rare global wines available by the glass courtesy of a system that allows them to be poured without removing the cork. [EaterWire]

L'ENFANT PLAZA— The flagship Phillips Seafood may be leaving the waterfront but it isn't leaving D.C. Washington Business Journal reports they've signed a new lease at L'Enfant Plaza. About a dozen new restaurants will eventually end up there. [WBJ]

DUPONT— Did lightning strike the same place twice — i.e. Thaiphoon? Not necessarily, but PoPville observes their sign has been damaged again by fire. [PoP]
