José Andrés to Bring Bazaar Meat to Las Vegas

The upcoming SLS Las Vegas Resort will feature plenty of meat, done José's way. Eater Vegas learns that D.C.'s own José Andrés will open Bazaar Meat at the resort, which is the sister property of the Beverly Hills hotel that houses multiple Andrés concept.

The restaurant is listed on the hotel's website. Expect a meat-centric restaurant with shareable plates and cocktails on carts.

Like in California, Bazaar Meat won't be the only Andrés restaurant within the property. He'll also open a Bar Centro & Casino (Beverly Hills has a Bar Centro as well) and the late-night Ku Noodles, which will serve Pan-Asian food.
