But will it be off the hook? Flavortown ambassador Guy Fieri will open a restaurant at Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore. Guy Fieri's Baltimore Kitchen & Bar will open when the casino debuts later this year.

A press release says the restaurant will feature "bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes." It will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night dining, seat 350, and have burgers, wings, small bites and shareable dishes. There will be a patio and a restaurant designed to resemble the Food Network star's home kitchen. Also, the release says, "Fieri's famous tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware." Naturally.

Most likely, the restaurant will share some similarities to the chef's recently-opened Vegas spot, which has dishes like "Guy-talian Fondue Dippers" and a "Tatted-Up Turkey Burger." As for drinks, expect 16 draft beers, craft beer and a "frozen tap system bar" which will deliver shots out of ice dispensers.

Fieri seems to be flocking to the casino circuit lately, with a new restaurant in Vegas and others planned for Atlantic City and elsewhere. Meanwhile, this is the second celebrity-helmed restaurant announced for Horseshoe: John Besh and Aaron Sanchez are opening Johnny Sanchez , a Mexican restaurant, there.
