Hill Country's All-You-Can-Eat weekly offering is changing to a monthly offering.
Beginning June 2, the offer will only be available on the first Monday of every month (it used to be an option every Monday). The special includes brisket, chicken and pork ribs, as well as sides. The price has also been upped slightly, from $25 to $27, on account of rising meat and produce costs.
Hill Country said the changes came so that the restaurant doesn't have to up its prices across the board. The deal will also be available as a Memorial Day special this coming Monday.
