CAPITOL HILL— Esquire's 2014 edition of Best Bars in America is out. Kelly's Irish Times makes the list for D.C. [ESQ]

DUPONT CIRCLE— The second location of Malgudi has closed. The owners say they plan to keep the original one in Glover Park open, though. [WCP]

ROCKVILLE— Oro Pomodoro in Rockville Town Square has closed. Bethesda Magazine reports the pizza joint was evicted, and doesn't seem to be planning to reopen. [BM]
