More news for the Cathedral Commons development: Barcelona Wine Bar will open a location there. That's the third committed Barcelona for the D.C. area — one is open on 14th Street, and another is coming to Reston, along with the company's Bartaco concept.
Cathedral Commons developer The Bozzuto Group announced several leases today, including a previously reported location of Raku, a Starbucks, and a handful of service-oriented retailers (two banks, etc.). The Barcelona restaurant will be 3,280 square feet in size, while Asian small plates restaurant Raku will take up 3,321 square feet of space. Cathedral Commons is opening this fall at 3336 Wisconsin Ave. NW.
