Vinoteca's Adult Kids Meal; Aggio at Artifact

PENN QUARTERDaikaya is getting fizzy with it. Washington City Paper reports on some of the bar's fun new equipment, which they're using in cocktails and homemade sodas. [WCP]

U STREET— Who says only kids can get kids meals? Well, most people, but Vinoteca disagrees. The restaurant is launching Adult Kids Meals on the plaza, which are basically a hot dog and a glass of wine (or a burger and a beer), plus chips and a toy (Vinoteca sunglasses) for $11. [EaterWire]

BALTIMORE— Baltimore can get an early taste of Bryan Voltaggio's cooking. The chef, who is opening a second location of Aggio in the city, is doing a takeover event at Artifact Coffee May 15 and 16. [EaterWire]
