Tico Starts Happy Hour; Dino Hangover Brunch

SHAW— Get the lingo right: Dino is now calling its downstairs bar Grotto Bar at 1914. This weekend, they'll start serving a hangover brunch there Sundays with two hair-of-the-dog drinks and an entree (or two appetizers) for $25. [EaterWire]
