Noelia Italian Kitchen had hoped to kick off dinner service Monday evening in the former Finemondo space. But the restaurant ran into trouble with the air conditioning system. They're now aiming to open this evening, though it may have to be Wednesday if a part doesn't come in (Eater will update this post once they confirm either way).
The Italian restaurant comes from first-time restaurateur Kaiser Gill, with chef Carmen Gianna Piazza handling the food. They'll be serving dishes like chicken parmigiana and lasagna bolognese, and there will be a dance floor as well. Status: Opening tonight or tomorrow. 1319 F St. NW; website.
