Hilton Bros Take on Georgetown with New Chez Billy

Chez Billy is getting a sister restaurant. The Petworth neighborhood favorite is being re-imagined as Chez Billy Sud, which Eric and Ian Hilton plan to open in Georgetown this August.

The restaurant will open in the former Cafe La Ruche space at 1039 31st St NW. The "Sud" comes from the fact the restaurant is south of the original restaurant. It will feature Southern French cuisine, with Brendan L'Etoile serving as executive chef and Richard Wagner taking over day-to-day operations in Petworth.

There will be 60 indoor seats and a 60-seat patio. Expect craft cocktails and a French-leaning wine list.
