The latest incarnation of Custom Fuel is now open at 1635 Connecticut Ave NW. Custom Fuel, an offshoot of Fuel Pizza, is one of the rapid-cooking fast casual pizza joints currently sweeping D.C. The Dupont location is the third for the chain, and its design, with exposed brick, high and low tables and gas station signs and licenses plates, is the prototype the company plans to use for future restaurants.
