SILVER SPRING— Urban Butcher is launching a new happy hour this Wednesday. It's available at the bar, patio (in progress) and communal table Monday-Friday from 5-7:30 p.m. and on weekends from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. There are $5 house cocktails, $5 wines and beers, and discounted bar bites like $4 beef empanadas, $7 butchers meatballs with provolone and more.
