New Pastry Chef at Ted's; Fishnet Happy Hour

CHEF SHUFFLES— Ted's Bulletin has a new pastry chef in Todd Miller. The chef plans to change the menu seasonally and has added new desserts like a four-layer carrot cake and snoballs to the menu. [EaterWire]

SHAW— Fishnet is kicking off a late night happy hour in Shaw. The restaurant is offering eight different beers on tap for $3 after 9 p.m. every night they are open. There are also $5 wines and $3 fish balls.
