Well, now we know where Barry Koslow is headed after he leaves DGS Delicatessen. The chef will helm the new restaurant concept opening at the W Washington DC.
The W still isn't saying exactly what will replace the former J&G Steakhouse, but it will be Koslow's responsibility to serve as chef de cuisine. He'll work at the hotel with Richard Wiggins, who was just appointed to serve as chef for the hotel at large.
Before opening DGS, Koslow's background was fine dining, working at such restaurants as Mendocino Grille, 2941, Citronelle, Equinox and Tallula.
