Pabu and Lamill Closing; DNV's Juice Bar

PENN QUARTER— Flight Wine Bar opens its patio for the first time this weekend. They'll celebrate the patio next week with rose and sparkling wine deals. [EaterWire]

BALTIMORE— Major change afoot at the Baltimore Four Seasons. Michael Mina restaurant Pabu, and coffeeshop Lamill, are both closing, though Wit & Wisdom will remain open. They'll be replaced with retaurants from The Atlas Group, and reopen later this year. One will be a cafe opening in June, and another will be a restaurant coming this summer. [EaterWire]

THOMAS CIRCLE— DNV rooftop plans to add a coconut juice bar to the mix. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, they'll have rum-spiked coconut smoothies with lots of fruit add-ons. Plus Jon Harris will get to play with a machete in the process. [EaterWire]
