Mark Ricker has a new gig as executive chef of Zest Bistro. The chef just worked for Backstage Bistro, cooking for rock groups like the Rolling Stones. He's previously cooked for Bobby Van's Steakhouse, Brabo, Cafe Atlantico, Minibar and Brasserie Beck.
The chef will be offering a Father's Day special at Zest this weekend, featuring Kansas City ribs with bourbon BBQ sauce, corn on the cob and a loaded baked potato.
