Several of D.C.'s newest restaurants have gotten in on the Meat on a Stick action. The Partisan, for example, serves both jowl ham and lardo wrapped around a dough stick and dipped in honey. Meanwhile, Roofers Union has an entire skewered section of the menu, including chicken livers, pork with curry, skirt steak, head-on prawns and balsamic vegetables. [EaterWire]
