Water & Wall often has an Asian influence in some of its dishes. But for its latest venture, Chef Tim Ma is going all-out when it come to Chinese food.
The restaurant is launching Uncle Paul Ma's Kitchen Lunch Pop-Up. During lunch hours, the chef will pay tribute to his Uncle Paul, who helped inspired him to cook. That means reinvented Chinese dishes like Kung Pao pork belly, lobster rangoon, crab fried rice, and pan fried pork and chive potstickers. There will be cocktails, too.
The pop-up kicked off today and is available weekdays from 11-2 p.m. through Aug. 29.
