1) Springfield: Mike Neibauer has a bunch of new tenants that have signed on for the Springfield Mall redevelopment. Among the restaurants: Pholicious, Oliver's Chicken, Kelly's Cajun Grill, Auntie Anne's and Tutti Frutti. The mall will reopen in October. [PLYWOOD]
2) Georgetown: Yummi Crawfish will open in Georgetown where Puro Cafe used to be. They're currently at the hiring phase, according to PoPville. [PLYWOOD]
3) Rockville: Beloved Ocean City doughnut purveyors Dough Roller are proceeding on their new location near here. Robert Dyer reports construction is progressing and signage is up. [PLYWOOD]
